1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virtual Racing Platform ("VRP", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, telemetry integrations, league management tools, and FIA ticketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access most features of VRP, you must authenticate using your Discord account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord and online services).
• You will keep your login credentials secure and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• All information provided in connection with your driver profile is accurate, current, and does not impersonate another person.

3. Sim Racing League Participation & User Conduct

VRP provides community and competitive infrastructure for virtual motorsport leagues. You agree to adhere to the following standards of conduct:

• Fair Play: You will not use cheats, automated bots, telemetry injection hacks, or memory tampering tools during official league sessions.
• Respectful Communication: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse directed at league administrators, fellow drivers, or FIA stewards will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• FIA Incident Compliance: When submitting or defending an incident ticket through the FIA portal, you agree to submit truthful video evidence and accept the final decisions rendered by league stewards.

4. Telemetry Data & Content Submissions

By uploading racing telemetry packets, session logs, incident videos, or league assets (such as logos and livery images) to VRP, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, process, and analyze this data solely for calculating driver ratings, leaderboard standings, telemetry overlays, and platform functionality.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Tier Upgrades

Certain advanced league management tiers and premium telemetry broadcasting features may require paid subscriptions processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property & Independent Disclaimer

Virtual Racing Platform (VRP) is an independent community software platform developed for sim racing enthusiasts.

VRP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula One, the FIA, Electronic Arts, or Codemasters.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

VRP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VRP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING SERVER DOWNTIME DURING RACING EVENTS OR DISCORD API OUTAGES.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
